Joan Patterson Associates is a Derbyshire based training provider working to improve the performance of both organisations and individuals through the achievement of recognised qualifications and bespoke training.

• Early Years and Childcare training and qualifications

Joan Patterson Associates deliver high quality courses and NVQ qualifications to small groups or individuals using highly interactive formats, with NVQ’s delivered 1-1 to maximise flexibility and impact.

Our experienced trainers cater for individual needs and provide a free post-course mentoring service to ensure that what is learnt on course is fully implemented in the workplace.

Joan Patterson Associates have delivered training for local government, the Health Service, Sector Skills Councils, and the Derbyshire Learning and Skills Council. We have worked extensively in the voluntary sector and in a range of business sectors.  We work closely with Chesterfield College and are able to access funding for various courses, this is dependant upon eligibility criteria and funding availability.

Joan Patterson Associates is an accredited City & Guilds Centre (the Awarding Body for the PTLLS, CTLLS an DTLLS qualifications).  JPA is also an LSC approved provider and we primarily access our funding via Chesterfield College and the LSC. We are members of IfL – the Institute for Learning.
