Why do a Management NVQ?
A Management NVQ is a widely recognised professional qualification based around the national occupational standards for management practice.
Undertaking an NVQ in management and achieving the award will:

Whether you are new to management, returning after a period of time and looking for a management refresher course, or an experienced manager needing to demonstrate competency, our management trainers will provide just the input you need.
In-depth Training…
If you’re looking for in-depth management training and guidance, we’ll arrange regular tutorials at your workplace to take you through the course, help you apply what you learn to your day-to-day management practice, and ensure that you understand the activities required to demonstrate your competence in each unit.
Wherever possible, we look at work events already planned, and link them to the Management NVQ programme. This gives you the opportunity to apply new knowledge and skills as you learn them, and allows you to demonstrate your competency through activities that are part of your normal work.
Where your current ways of working don’t fit the NVQ requirements we’ll discuss new approaches and guide you as you put them into practice.

For more experienced managers who are likely to already have most of the skills and knowledge required, and have relevant evidence available, we can discuss a fast-track Management NVQ assessment.
There is a minimum registration period of ten weeks, so please do contact us now if you need your qualification quickly.
No-Nonsense Assessment
We asssess management NVQs using both professional discussion and work evidence, as appropriate. Professional discussion is an excellent way for us to ensure that you have the knowledge and understanding required and can back it up with evidence, without you having to spend time producing an extensive portfolio of paperwork.
